B-more unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise
You can return unused items sold by B-more.com for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them, with all hang tags attached and in the original box or bag.
If items are not in their original box and/or are missing hang tags they are subject to a 15 percent (15%) restocking fee.
Please write the reason for your return and your phone number in the space available at the bottom of your invoice. Keep a copy of the invoice for your records.
If you just want to exchange an item, please indicate that in the space available at the bottom of your invoice.
Your refund will include the price of the item and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after B-more has received and processed your returned item(s) through our return procedure.
Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
